Professions with a future in the textile industry
The textile industry in Germany has changed into a high-tech sector for technical textiles, whose market is growing at an annual rate of approx. 3-4 %. Technical textiles are e.g. composite materials of the future and functional as well as intelligent textiles. Areas of application are e.g. automobile construction, aircraft construction, geotextiles for landfill construction, green roofs, sewage treatment plants, filters, shoe clothing, medical applications, etc.
In order to be able to meet the requirements of our customers and the diverse equipment requirements in the future as well, we employ only skilled workers and train them ourselves to a large extent. Some of the employees who started their training with us now occupy important key positions in our company. We offer our employees continuous training and further education and thus create opportunities for advancement within the company. We are also open to lateral entrants.
